The code they sent didn't work gives a message "unlock verification failed" Their phone number dissconnects after a few seconds without answering. Review by yasin: I'm not very computer knowledgable and i installed this on my machine and my son put it on his computer. It found a total of 1200 problems on my computer and 900 on his. It works so well now he doesn't ask me to buy him a new computer anymore and I can actually open Excel now. The order process was smooth and didn't even ask me for my address.
