Review by jeff.: customer service does not work.. been trying to order online and via phone for three hrs and getting no where fast. Indian customer service that does not know how to speak beyond script. Wasted hrs of my time for absolutly no answer nor help. Run don't walk away from this product. its like they don't even want you to buy it. In todays processors it should be three min not three hrs. my advice.. find a different product. The software is not bad, but the support and the message boards are a disaster. The administration is heavy handed and arbitrary in their decisions. Trying to get a real answer to a question
Sadly I have to agree with HJ. Stay away from the associated message board if you can, and use Fertility Friend software if you want a free version of the Ovusoft program.
Most CORRUPT Software. Stay away from it. After locking your files, forces you to but the buy the license. And no option to uninstall.
