Technical Support
You can contact the Technical Support via e-mail also during the Product's evaluation period.
The fastest way to contact the Support is by using the Printfil's menu entry: "Help -> Contact Support".
By clicking the menu entry, an e-mail message will be automatically created and shown on screen. That message will have your configuration files in attachment, so that the Support Team will obtain all the needed information in order to timely solve your problem. You only have to add a brief explanation of the problem and to send the message.
This feature requires a MAPI compatible e-mail client (for example Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, or Mozilla Thunderbird). If your default e-mail client is not MAPI compatible, an error message will be shown.
