TEC Software offers no form of money
back guarantee! Refund with a valid reason only. Valid reason is i.e.
software defects, software corruption etc..... We ask that customers first work
with us to resolve their issues. In some instances customers requesting refunds
mistakenly believe the software will not work on their system.
TEC Software doesn't offers refunds if our software isn't
compatible with your Internet connection or computer network.
If the software is defective TEC Software
will repair the software in a timely manner or refund the customers money.
Dissatisfaction alone is not a valid reason for a refund. All of our software
programs come in demo versions. You can try the software out on your
computer before you buy them. Refund is not available if you have taken
advantage of our free software demo of the software you are requesting a refund
for. All of our demos have no time limit and are fully operational except for
the save function is disabled
Individual
products purchased within a suite of software cannot be refunded from a suite.
Other than the above warranty, TEC Software's return policy is limited to
replacement of defective diskettes and materials, or repair of the software. As
with most software companies, TEC Software offers no form of a "money-back
guarantee." Some of our software can be downloaded and used immediately after
online purchase. If you are
