Although this could be troublesome for those still on dial-up, the advantages of having an encoder that is accessible from anywhere more then makes up for it. Scripts encoded by PHPCipher do not require any additional loaders which means higher compatibility and less hassle. However, it is one of the expensive encoders on the market.
