This is the only converter i found to work fine without any trouble. You just paste the url and write the name you want to call you file and voila!
Dowloads pretty quick too, so far i muct of got close to 200 videos for my iopd like this. Give it a try, it's free anyway and that company offer a bunch of other free converters, didn't try them yet though. (5/5 - 21-Oct-2008)

Far too complicated. I got it because it says it renames folders. I dare you to install it, open up the help file, go to "How To" - rename folders and see if you can figure it out.
