Auction Snipe Soft

Review by ginkgosy: There is still a bug in this software that lists some auctions as "closed" when there is still 8 hours to go, as such it is very unreliable and you cannot rely upon for scheduled bidding (sniping). Review by JimBo: Excellent software!! The other reveiwer must be an idiot. AuctionSleuth has found me thousands of dollars in great bargains. How can any user expect a program to run forever? With most auction sites making changes almost weekly, there has to be a lot of effort to keep any program working. Unlike the idiot that left the other review, I will gladly pay a small annual fee to keep the bargains coming in. In fact,why didnt the other reviewer just purchase the lifetime registration? Maybe he was too cheap? Keep up the good work AuctionSleuth in spite of the users out there that dont get it. (5/5 - 5-Apr-2005) Review by Unhappy Customer: I bought this software about a year and a half ago. Sometimes it worked ok, sometimes not. It wasn't that easy to use so I forgot about it for a while. Recently I decided to give it another go and it told me I was a "Registered User" but then shut the software down because I needed to "re-register". So I contact "Bob", the author, and he tells me I need to pay more money to use the software. I tell him that when I paid my money, there was no "yearly fee" for updates just so I can continue to use the software. His reply was, paraphrased, "well, now there is, and that's the way it is." Review by Peggy: Not only is this a comprehensive program with bells and whistles, the customer service is impeccable. Because of problems on my computer (not the software but my internet connection) I lost out on a snipe. I went to the Auction Sentry site to see if there were any fixes for my unique problem and filled out the contact us menu page. In less than an hour I had the answer (and the solution) to my problem. It was real personal attention. The engineers for this program are constantly upgrading. The cost is more than reasonable, considering what I've saved in auction costs. I can't say enough good things about this program. It's great. (5/5 - 14-Apr-2007)

Review by Mike: Helped me gerately to win some bids. The interface is quite neat and convenient, the auction engine is updated frequently, so I've got no compabilty problems. I recommend it for all ebay lovers. In any case - you will save more than pay for it. (5/5 - 5-Jul-2005)
