I have been trying to contact their "wonderful" customer service since last night (6 emails now) and still no response. At least Mitch got the program. excellent for just about any kind of cd. I have tried it with "HORRID" cd's, scratched, grooved u name it. This product helped it all.
same result as James Selleck... compressed 60 page PDF filled with bitmap graphics and resulting file was slightly LARGER than original.

throws error code 1 when trying to access one of the convat program files. no debug information is given so there is no hope for me of fixing this.
I tried several programms to recover corrupted jpg's this was the first to yield accepable results. Easy to use programm. Demoversion cannot save results.
