Review by R Anderson: You know how when a software company releases a new version of their products, how exciting it is to experience the new features it provides? Well, I didn't feel that with Neo.
I would really like to give Neo a better review because its obvious they've worked hard at producing a quality product. But the problem is, I just didn't care for it.
Neo creates a separate client from Outlook. To take advantage of Neo's features you essentially now have 2 email clients running all the time. The features provided weren't that helpful to me. For example, the automatic categorizations provided a different viewpoint for accessing my email, but since those categorizations span all of my email folders, the result was that the categories contai... The company announces the software as free. After you install it and try to kill a process a popup informs that only the pro version which is paid can do the job. This is a bad fait commercial
The software is not bad, but the support and the message boards are a disaster. The administration is heavy handed and arbitrary in their decisions. Trying to get a real answer to a question
Sadly I have to agree with HJ. Stay away from the associated message board if you can, and use Fertility Friend software if you want a free version of the Ovusoft program.
Most CORRUPT Software. Stay away from it. After locking your files, forces you to but the buy the license. And no option to uninstall.
