All kinds of problems appeared after running it--Windows would not shut down, programs crashed, etc. Luckily the restore feature got it more or less back to where it was. It claimed it needed to repair close to 4,000 registry errors--more than 10 times as many as either of two competing products. Red flag there. Like 2 other reviewers, vendor did not respond to a refund request. They have supposedly "independent" web sites touting this product, don't fall for it. Agard: the free download is not a trial such as I thought it would be. you can not get any results of the scan, until you pay for the 1 year subscription.After paying I never got the results of good or bad files. I dont know if it backs up and restores safely and automaticcally. You should be able to have a free trial for at least 5 days. I requested a refund (according to their 30 day no questions asked) a week ago and am still fighting for it. Review by RanMan: I am using V2.0 which supports Vista and all the above listed. (Available at program's web site) It works just as good or better than the dozen or so I have tested and most importantly it appears to be very safe. Others I have tried either didn't do much or caused damage that had to be repaired.
