If you're using Outlook 2003, each time FS indexes your e-mail you may get an annoying confirmation window warning that a program is attempting to access your mail and asking whether (and for how long) to allow it.

I downloaded and installed a trial version of Registry Mechanic and was rewarded with a slew of junk malware secretly installed on my PC. It took multiple scans using two different spyware apps to detect and clear out the crap. I have never experienced such an infestation; stay away!

It cleans the registry, finds junk files, etc. It is rather expensive however, but I would say the free trial is worth it, just for cleaning the registry and finding junk files. There are ways around the 30-day trial, but I'm pretty sure we can't discuss that here (arrr matey).

this software is very useful for people who need to store plenty of passwords related to various categories. Featuring a 448-bit encryption using the Blowfish algorithm is a major plus point considering that 128-bit and 256-bit encryptions themselves are pretty high.

The idea of having uploading images via the offline mode is a very good concept and one need not even have to waste time in wasting bandwidth very frequently. Viewing images in the original size is a minor setback but can be seen if you are already registered with Pixpo. This TV-Tuner card software gives you all the typical functions that you would normally expect from such a software.

One drawback with the software is the lack of support for all TV-Tuner cards. While trying to record, the software (standard edition) did not support the card and asked me to check if the same is available in the Professional edition. The software supports TV Cards with Philips BT8x8 chipsets, Philips SAA713x chipsets and TV Cards with Conexant CX2388x chipsets.

This software impressed me, but lacked too many extra add-ons. The entire geographical statistics of the world has been properly provided. The overall visual treat is good but too slow, even though being an offline utility. There should have been an instant search for the city of your choice for faster browsing. Also, the database as it claims is not complete, with too many cities missing within India itself. This software consumes almost 45 MB of memory, which is too much for a small software offering the basics of the various locations in the world.

+ Well segregated Information, Loads of statistics

- System memory hogger, No built-in search utility

This mail client has been well thought of with lot of new features integrated. It neither consumes too much system resources nor does it take much time to startup; two things I suffered using Outlook Express. Although some may not agree that mail-clients need to be colourful, this one isn't a let down and its features don't disappoint either.
