The first warning sign not to use this program was the submission to me of an unworkable License Key after I paid. When finally received, no apology. The program, if you can call it that, is blindly aggressive. It chooses key files necessary to run other programs. It even singled out the removal of a competitive program. Doesn't live up at all to its ads. Tried the PC Tools Product and found their program to be more carefully selective of what was suggested to be removed and their ad contained much less hype and lived 100% up to their claims.
This program is probably best utilized by a large business that assigns employees to the same tasks on unchanging shifts every week. Our business doesn't run on set shifts, making it nearly impossible for us to use this program.
The software is good. But the company is ignorant. I payed 43.00 and still haven't received my unlock code. They're email is filled, they claim. RIPOFF.
Not only is this a comprehensive program with bells and whistles, the customer service is impeccable. Because of problems on my computer (not the software but my internet connection) I lost out on a snipe. I went to the Auction Sentry site to see if there were any fixes for my unique problem and filled out the contact us menu page. In less than an hour I had the answer (and the solution) to my problem. It was real personal attention. The engineers for this program are constantly upgrading. The cost is more than reasonable, considering what I've saved in auction costs. I can't say enough good things about this program. It's great.
